GVR 1st type WW1 Military Medal (MM) & Trio To- 193167.CPL-A-SJT.B.BROCKLEBANK.RE (MM) &10-14862.SJT.B.BROCKLEBANK.NORTH'D.FUS.Bernard Brocklebank from Darlington, County Durham first landed in France 26-8-1915 serving with the 10th service battalion of the Northumberland Fusiliers. He went on to transfer to the Royal Engineers with service number 193167 & was awarded the Military Medal for services in France with the 32nd Division wireless sub section in the London gazette 21-10-1918. He was discharged to the class Z army reserve 4-6-1919NEF & Complete with both MIC & London gazette details.A less than common battalion prefix to the trio
