Vintage 1930s / 1940s brown plaid stripe peplum dress.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 34'Waist- 24 - 24 1/2'Hips- 34'Length- 42'This dress is absolutely gorgeous! Brown with white, yellow, red and beige plaid stripes. Cute red flower buttons. Peplum at the waist. Side metal zipper. Junior Sophisticates New York label. There are some pulls in the material, but otherwise the dress is in very good condition. Belt loops, but no belt.It is a small size - it was hard to get it on over my mannequin's shoulders (about 34').
