German Rayon Teal Dress(B-31.5' W-25' H-38')

Vintage 1940s German rayon teal dress.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 31 1/2'Waist- 25'Hips- 38'Length- 38 1/2'Sleeve(shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 19 1/2'Nice cutout design. Sewn in shoulder pads. Side metal zipper. Some overall fading. The worst is on the collar and sleeves. There is some less noticeable fading throughout. A few small stains on the skirt. The fabric covered buttons on the ends of the sleeves has rust. The sleeves are meant to be slightly short (probably to allow for wearing gloves). A couple pulls in the material. Some staining on the inside shoulder pads.My original plan for this dress was to sew another piece of darker blue fabric over the faded area on the collar and switch out the rusted buttons for dark blue ones. BUT I never had the time to do that, so I'm selling it as-is.
