Gown with Colorful Skirt(B-30' W-22' H-full)

Vintage 1940s gown with colorful skirt and sleeves.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 30'Waist- 22'Hips- fullLength- 56 1/2'Lovely colorful shiny iridescent material on the skirt. Overall, fairly good condition but there are a few issues. There is a small hole (maybe cigarette burn?) on the skirt, but the material is so full that it is kind of hidden. A few split seams and loose stitches. Hook and eye closures on the side. The shoulder area has been taken up (perhaps she felt that the neckline was too revealing?) - I took a photo of the inside stitching; I believe all the material is still there to let it back down. This would be a great dress to wear to a dance!
