Pink and White Striped Dress (as-is)(B-37' W-27.5' H-37')

Vintage 1940s pink and white striped dress.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 37'Waist- 27 1/2'Hips- 37'Length- 42'Button down dress with pockets. White collar trim around the neck.Condition:Fair-to-poor with a lot of flaws. It has scattered staining. The worst is towards the bottom of the skirt and some staining and tearing on the hem. Small repairs at the neck (mostly hidden by the collar). A few scattered tiny holes. The material is wearing a bit thin under the arms. Some tearing near the buttons. Belt loops, but no belt. Remnants of a label. No attempt has been made to clean the dress.
