Original period manufacture. Blue wool top with an unbound black leather visor. Light blue keystone on the crown may indicated 3rd division or brigade. Black leather adjustable chinstrap secured with two Pennsylvania state crest buttons. Brown polished cotton lining, leather sweatband showing fraying in the rear. Mothing as shown.
