WW2 Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Light Infantry Shoulder Titles

Embroidered locally made shoulder titles worn either by 6th Battalion in the Far East or 7th Battalion in Italy. I've had a close look at the construction of the badges and I can't work out if these are Indian made or Italian made.
