Japanese Army WWII Cigarette Case-This silver cigarette case is finished in a silver plate. It has the image of two Rising Sun Japanese flags on the lid. There is a large flower in the center. Above this is the five point star. Behind this you can see a wreath that has a ribbon and bow at the bottom. There is a hole through the top of the star. There is slight wear and discoloration. It measures 4 inches (10.16 cm) by3 inches (7.62cm). This little case is marked everywhere. It has the name and address of the owner, which has been translated and included inside. The reverse is also marked but we have not translated it. The inside of the case has three cigarette wrappers that do have kanji writing on them. These are being held in place with brown elastic bands, which are on each side of the case. This case is in good condition overall!
