Original era manufacture. A classic sabre bayonet of the mid 19th century is pattern for the M1867 Danish rolling block rifle.Polished steel blade, guard and pommel with pressed leather grips secured with four steel rivets. Polished steel mounted black leather scabbard in good repair. No breaks or creases in the leather, just a small area where the seam stitching is opening up.No corrosion issues, just normal wear and age.
