RAD Man's Hewer

A good condition Reichsarbeitsdienst other ranks hewer.Silver plated eagle headed pommel with stag horn grips, both with no damage. Grip screws are unmessed with.Silver plated fittings to the black anodised scabbard with only minor aging and patina.The blade is in good overall condition with no dings or dents although it does suffer somewhat from aging wear and spotting.The Arbeit Adelt motto is barely visible and the manufacturer etch has faded to non existence.I do believe the blade would clean up extremely well but that will be left to the buyer if he so desires.Overall a good solid RAD hewer that would benefit from a bit of blade TLC.Priced to sell.
