Pekingese Club Founded 1904 badge made of bronze from the Emperors Palace

A scarce original circa 1930's vintage period large bronze unique example in the form of a 'Foo Dog' resting on an ornate title scroll 'PEKINGESE CLUB FOUNDED 1904' inlaid with black enamel; the reverse inscribed in embossed lettering 'CHINESE BRONZE FROM THE EMPERORS PALACE PEKING'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel.Size approx 43 x 37mm.
