Description

This is an attractive - fully matching and just moderately used! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) officers'-type shoulderboards (ie. 'Schulterstücke für Offiziere der Luftwaffe') as piped in the golden-yellow-coloured brancolour and executed in golden-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured- and/or: smooth-type- ie. 'moleskin'-type wool as was specifically intended for usage by an: 'Oberleutnant der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger-Truppen' (or: lieutnant first-class who served within the pilot- or paratrooper-branch) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The boards - that came mounted onto their typical, smaller-sized tongues attached - measure approx. 11,7 cms. in length as more often and show the (bright) silver-toned (and quite shiny!) 'upperdecks' as to be expected for a typical LW-pair (as can be seen on the pictures). The pair - that came with a set of silver-toned, pebbled-styled so-called: 'screw-on'-buttons (ie. 'Schraubknöpfe') attached - shows a pair of (fully matching, regular-sized, golden-toned- and/or typical 'Buntmetall'-based) pips period-attched denoting the rank of an: 'Oberleutnant' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive - and just minimally used and/or tunic-removed - pair of LW officers'-type shoulderboards for a justified price!
