Russian Two Medal Bar-This is an unusual offering. This is a medal bar from the mid to late 1940's with hand engraved serial numbers on the reverse of each. The first medal is a medal of courage, showing the aircraft above the text 'For Courage' and below you can see a tank. Below this is the text CCCP 'Russia'.This is on a gray green ribbon trimmed in blue. The next medal is smaller and shows the text 'for Military Merit' above a set of crossed rifles. The word Russia appears at the top in red. This sits on a gray green ribbon trimmed in yellow. Again, each medal has a serial number engraved on the reverse. These awards sit on a metal plate, that hold the ribbons. This has a complex pin setup that works as intended. An interesting offering.
