Service used Peek & Cloppenburg manufactured Heer Panzergrenadier Gefreiter M42 style tropical service blouse, constructed of olive colored cotton twill, with open collar, four patch pockets with scalloped pocket flaps and adjustable cuffs, blouse with bandage pocket, internal belt hook support straps and lining pieces of olive colored flat cotton, with the exception of the shoulder strap buttons, which are sewn into place, the matching field grey painted pebbled steel buttons are held in place by S rings, bandage pocket and cuff buttons are pressed paper and all are present and originally attached, size and depot markings have faded but the manufacturer's stamp is quite clear, inner neck hanging loop and shoulder strap bridles are made of tan colored cotton, a pair of closely matching slip on EM shoulder straps are included, these have olive colored wool lower panels and synthetic piping, the tropical pattern woven insignia is factory installed, the woven litzen collar patches are machine straight stitched on the ends and zig zag machine sewn on the sides, the national emblem is sewn in the typical 'zip and flip' method, the lower portions are sewn by hand, the tropical Gefreiter rank chevron is originally hand applied, at one time two badges had been pinned to the breast pocket, shows use and fading, the only damage has a .5cm nick to the right upper outer shoulder, great looking combat worn garment, USD $3950
