Original era manufacture. A clean example of the10 pocket enlisted medical belt in khaki colored canvas. Darkened brass fittings throughout, with MILLS markings on the adjusting tabs. The interior of the belt displays a stencil which reads, SERV.CO. 116.MED.No fraying, all of the snap closures work as they should, normal age and wear overall.
