This is an attractive - with certainty scarcely found albeit regrettably single! - white-coloured- (and/or bright-pink-piped!) WH (Luftwaffe) collar-patch (ie. 'Kragenspiegel') as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Hermann Göring Division' and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem just moderately used and/or once tunic-attached-), condition. The collar-tab is executed in white-coloured- (smooth- ie. 'moleskin'-like-) wool and was as such intended for usage by a soldier (or NCO) belonging to one of the units that operated under the jurisdiction of the 'Hermann Göring Division'. The patch shows a pair of (silver-coloured- and/or aluminium-based) gulls ie. 'Schwingen' period-attached and has the 'standard'-pattern, brownish-yellow-coloured- and/or 'buckram'-based 'backing' attached (as can be seen on the pictures). The tab is, moreover, nicely piped with (twisted-styled, rayon-based and bright-pink- ie. 'rosaroter'-coloured) piping something that (I deem) most certainly signified specific 'Panzer'-related usage. Simply a neat - and desirable! - LW 'Hermann Göring-Division'-related collar-tab that is actually not that easily encountered: too bad that it is only a single example!
