QSA 1899-1902 With clasps for Relief of Kimberley, Paardeberg, Driefontein, Johannesburg, diamond Hill, Belfast, KSA 1901-1902 With clasps for South Africa 1901 & South Africa 1902, 1914 star trio with original August to November 1914 clasp & GVR 1st type army LS&GC To- 2686.A.BR.F.TOTT.O.BTY.RHA (QSA)2686.BOMB.F.TOTT.R.H.A (KSA)2686.SJT.F.TOTT.R.H.A (1914 Star)LIEUT.F.TOTT (WW1 Pair)& 26865.SJT.F.TOTT.R.H.A (LS&GC)Frederick Tott enlisted in to the Royal Horse Artillery in 1894 & served in South Africa with O battery during the Boer war 1899-1902. He first landed in France 5-11-1914 serving with G battery. He was commissioned in to the R.F.A in August 1915 & served in France with 393 battery. He relinquished his commission in 1920 on the grounds of ill health & applied for the issue of his campaign medals in 1921 whilst living in Herne Bay, Kent. The clasp to his 1914 star is confirmed on his MIC.GVF or better & complete with copy service papers both as an officer & other rank. Along with medal roll & London gazette details.
