QSA 1899-1902 With clasps for Cape Colony & Transvaal To- 2948.PTE.I.PARKER.W.RID.REGTEF/MINT & Complete with the recipients original parchment certificate of character & discharge dated 3-2-1899. Issac Parker from Bradford enlisted in to the West Riding Regiment in 1891 & served in both Barbados & St Helena. He was transferred to the army reserve in February 1899 & was almost immediately recalled from the reserve to serve in the Boer War 1899-1902.Complete with the full length original silk medal ribbon & the small Royal Mint paper envelope that the medal was originally placed in within the original box of issue. Never before offered for public sale.
