Australian WWII M1907 Bayonet, 3-43, A Beauty

Original era manufacture. A very clean example of a standard pattern 07 bayonet with original finish to blade, guard and pommel. The blade is clean, point sharp, no sharpening issues, and with clear markings on its ricasso.Original finish wood grips, which are marked SLAZ 56, perhaps a Korean War era refit, matching metal finished guard and pommel, with what may be unit numbers on the flat side of the pommel.Leather bodied scabbard finished in a dark maroon color, marked MANGROVITE 43 next to the stitching. Near 100% finish remaining on the metal throat and chape. Likely the nicest example of this Australian made bayonet we have ever offered for sale.
