Danish M1867 Rolling Block Rifle Bayonet, German Mfg

Original era manufacture. A sound example made by the German firm of Holler. Yataghan shaped polished steel blade measuring 22 inches in length. Clean, with a darkish steel patina, no corrosion damage, slight bend near the tip. Steel patina finish guard with unit markings on one side, patina finish pommel with working lock button. Pressed black leather grips with a checkered surface. Basically sound black leather bodied scabbard, with intact stitching and what looks to be an old repair near the tip. Steel patina finish throat and chape, both of which are missing their attaching staples. However, they are not loose.
