Dutch SS Landstorm Nederland Visor Cap

In a very good condition an extreme hard to find a Dutch SS Landstorm Nederland/ Landwacht Nederland Enlisted men Visor cap.The cap comes in a very good mannequin headsize and is marked on the inside lining by maker Mol Breda from Holland.The cap comes in the rare wool wartime material due to shortness on the Dutch market from 1943.The cap is complete with original machine sewed insignia on the front with the flaming bomb and the German Eagle.A very rare example that we have for the first time for sale!!The Landwacht Nederland (Dutch Land Guard) was the original name of the military formation established in 1943 by the German occupying forces and later renamed Landstorm Nederland. This unit, intended for territorial defense, eventually became the SS Volunteer Grenadier Brigade Landstorm Nederland and later the 34th SS Volunteer Grenadier Division Landstorm Nederland. The Nederlandsche Landwacht (Dutch Land Guard), another armed formation with police duties, was established shortly afterward and should not be confused with the Landstorm.
