WW1 Souvenir Medal to the Serving Men of Ansley Warwickshire.

A very attractive Sterling Silver medal given to the returning men and women who served in the Great War. The obverse has an image of Victory laying a laurel wreath on a kneeling soldiers head. In the background is a cannon, battleship, aeroplane and airship with the motto 'Served in the Great War 1914 – 1919'. The reverse just simply has 'A Token of Appreciation from Ansley'. It is in excellent condition with no sign of wear and measures just under 1.5 inches in diameter.
