WW1 Royal Munster Fusiliers Cap Badge

A WW1 era grenade cap badge of the Royal Munster Fusiliers. It is interesting to note that this regiment was initially formed from by linking tow of the old East India Company regiments, the 101st Royal Bengal Fusiliers and the 104th Bengal Fusiliers, hence why the main figure on the badge is the Bengal Tiger. The regiment was disbanded in 1922. This is a lovely old badge, in very good used condition and nicely toned.Ref. E21
