Post WW1 Offices Tropical Uniform.

1920/30's tropical tunic and jacket worn by a Lieutenant Colonel of the Royal Engineers. Made of a heavy cotton drill material in a light khaki colour. The tunic has bag front pockets, brass belt hooks, George V RE buttons and kings crown and one pip on shoulders. It measures 40 inch chest, 46 inch waist and 16 inches across the shoulders. In very good used condition, no moth damage just signs of use and wear. buttons are toned with light Verdigris on two.Matching bag type trousers with two deep front pockets, 5 button fly and buttoned belt loops. Waist 36 inches, inside leg 28.5 inches.A rare uniform to find in this condition.
