A superb, scarce untouched 'as found' early-war set ofE. Leitz Wetzlarmanufactured 10x50DienstglasOfficer's binoculars, produced from brass - inclusive of their original leather case!Finished in the original brown leatherette coverings, this particular pair remain in good overall used condition. Also still fitted with its original leather neck strap and ocular cover rain guard.The optics still remain clear and usable, along with theStrichplattereticule inside.The case, as mentioned, being the correct original pre-war example produced from high quality leather and even still retaining the original full-length shoulder carry strap which is nearly always missing!A super early set of Officer issue 10x50 Dienstglas binoculars which are hard to find in this state, and which would be ideal for use upon a combat mannequin setup!
