Description

This is a truly attractive - and I deem never ie. hardly worn albeit fully matching! - pair of bright-yellow-piped, so-called: 'Marine HJ'- (ie. 'naval Hitlerjugend'-) shoulderstraps as intended for usage by a: 'Hitlerjunge' who was attached to the: 'Bann 663' ('Bann 663' = Litzmannstadt/Wartheland in the 'Gebiet Ost Wartheland') both pieces coming in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem hardly- ie. never worn-), condition. The neat straps - which are executed in darker-blue-coloured linnen, show the bright-yellow-embroidered '663'-numerals and bright-yellow-coloured- (and typical rayon-based) piping attached and come mounted onto their period tongues as found. The straps measure 11 cms. in length each as is usually encountered. Both pieces show some minimal age and/or staining simply caused by decades of storage only. Simply a very attractive - and actually quite scarcely encountered! - pair of so-called: 'Marine-HJ'-shoulderstraps that belonged to an unusal, 'HJ-Bann' as was situated in the 'Gebiet Ost Wartheland'!
