Purchased recently from relatives of the veteran. This has not been in a collection before.A very good standard army officers dagger with an excellent plain, no maker blade. A very small anmoint of clouding to the surface in a few places, but a clean would help. Orange grip with no damage. All metal fittings have good plated finish. No damage to the scabbard. Original set of hangers with the top part of the box belt clip missing. Bullion fronts and velvet backs. Seems to have been hanging on a wall in a 'nicotine rich' environment!!
