US Civil War M1854 Mounted Artillery Enlisted Shell, Size 4 Jacket

Original period manufacture. Beautiful condition Civil War enlisted coat, as worn by men of the Mounted Artillery. Blurred contractors stamp and four blurry size dots in the right shoulder lining, on the left shoulder a stamped name of CHRISDIE. Full body and sleeve lining with a single interior pocket. Beautiful exterior wool body with red worsted wool trim, full complement of original eagle buttons. Both rear pillows are present, no moth damage that I could observe. About the only issue that I could find, and indeed a minor one, is a slight seam opening on the inside rear of the collar. Size about a 40 regular, fits me!
