US Pre WWI Army T-Handle Shovel Cover, R.I.A. 1910, Unissued

Original period manufacture. Tan canvas cover with a 1910 belt hook on the reverse, very clean R.I.A. 1910 stencil on the reverse. Russet leather securing strap which remains very pliable, and clearly marked R.I.A. 1910, inspector initials H.E.K.
