2x 1914-15 Trios to brothers1) 1434.CPL/SJT.G.SEDDON.L.N.LAN.RGeorge Seddon first landed in France 4-5-1915 serving with the 1/4th battalion of the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. He was both born & enlisted in Chorley & was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 8-8-1916 & had been previously wounded 15-6-1915. He was 22 years of age at the time of his death & having no known grave he is commemorated on the Thiepval memorial.2) 1914-15 TrioTo- 2010 / 200468.PTE.J.SEDDON.L.N.LAN.RJames Seddon landed in France on the same day as his brother 4-5-1915 & was wounded on the same day that his brother was killed in action 8-8-1916.
