WW1 Pair & Memorial PlaqueTo- 26699.PTE.G.FENWICK.YORK.RGeorge Fenwick was born in Trimdon, County Durham & enlisted in Stockton-on-Tees. He died of Wounds in France & Flanders 2-6-1918 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Yorkshire regiment / Green Howards. He was 27 years of age at the time of his death & is buried in Pernes British cemetery. He is recorded by the CWGC as the late son of Thomas & Frances Hannah Fenwick of Trimdon station, County Durham.NEF & Complete with MIC details. Along with details from both SDGW & the CWGC.
