He transferred to the 25th service battalion of the Northumberland fusiliers / 2nd Tyneside Irish with service number 35566. He sadly died of wounds in France & Flanders 16-10-1917 & is buried in Dozinghem military cemetery. He was born in Rainton, County Durham & enlisted in Durham.GVF / NEF & Complete with MIC details.
