Original German WWII Heer Artillery NCO/EM Visor Cap Size 56 or 57

Original German WWII Heer Flak Artillery NCO/EM Visor Cap Size 56 or 57-This authentic 'service used' cap is made of Heer fieldgray wool with a dark green band and a traditional high peak with matching red piping along the top edge and flanking either side of the band, indicating the branch to be the Flak/Artillery. The wool is faded throughout. The eagle insignia and wreath with cockade still retains crisp details. The leather chinstrap with double buckles is in used condition, but is intact and doesn't appear to be marked or dated. The black lacquered visor is still attached. The inside of the cap is in used condition and shows some slight damage throughout. The satin lining with maker marked diamond shows age and discoloration. The size stamp is no longer visible, but it is approximately 56 or 57. The sweatband is service used and is discolored. Overall this service used cap is still in good to very good condition.
