One was from Distington & was killed in action serving with the 2nd battalion 26-10-17 & the other was from Carlisle & died of wounds in France & Flanders 11-4-1918 serving with the 8th battalion.The scroll is fairly clean but has been folded to fit into a frame & has a small rip at the top.
