A nice example with the blade having factory grain mixed in with the slightest of spotting sitting on the surface, i have not tried to clean as i would make a ''pigs ear'' of the job!! Blade has its period tip with a clear and sharp Eickhorn trade mark to the bottom, above can be found its period leather washer. Both pommel and cross guard has sharp details with its factory highlights with dark background. Orange grip has no chips or cracks still having its full wire without wear. Comes with a period bullion portepee with wear consistent with it being wrapped as seen and not over the pommel. The scabbard has no dents, full finish with just some slight stains and sharp details to the ring mounts and oak leaf bottom.
