WW2 German Waffen Handschuhe – BLURRED EDGE OAK LEAF PATTERN MITTENS – RARE!

You are bidding on a FANTASTIC and 100% ORIGINAL set of WW2 German ELITE Oak Leaf Pattern (Blurred Edge) Camouflage Trigger Mittens!The Autumn Oakleaf Pattern Mittens were a standard issue item, and were distributed to all ELITE EM/NCO's for cold weather. As with all other winter garments they were to be returned to the units storage depot at the end of the season.Made of lightweight cotton/rayon, these trigger mittens are in EXCELLENT used condition! They feature the screen rolled,Blurred EdgeAutumn Oak Leaf pattern camouflage, that consists of shades of tans and browns. Reversible to white, they have extended cuffs with a tunnel loop to the end designed for a connecting, fit adjustment, drawstring. No manufacture stamps that I can see (worn away over time), however there is a hand-written, '10', which is most likely indicating the size. No holes or damage, however the grey string that keeps the mittens together has broken (see photos). Otherwise EXCELLENT! Large in size, this is aVERY RARE set that would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
