Arthur together with his twin brother Frank Arthur Connor, were baptized in Lahore, on 27th February 1878Both the Connor 'Twins', went on to have mirror-like careers. Each served in the same Indian Volunteers unit, and both had long and distinguished careers as senior Indian Civil Servants (Arthur, ended his service as a Deputy District Magistrate, while Frank also held that appointment but ended as a District Commissioner - in 1939 Frank had retired and was living with his wife in Bedford, England)Arthur Frank Connor is recorded in the 1918 issue of Thackers Directory as, Superintendent, Office of Inspector General Police, LahoreArthur Frank Connor died in Ostend, Belgium, on, 30 April 1951.
