A scarce original circa 1937 pre-war issue 'Girl Guides First Class badge'; large navy felt example bearing red embroidered ribbon strap, yellow 'Be Prepared' legend and green trefoil with star and 'Girl Guides' to centre. Very good clean condition, colours remain bright.Height approx 67mm.
