You are bidding on a SUPERB used example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe Außenluft-Temperaturanzeiger (Outside Air Temperature Indicator), Fl. 203491, as used on various aircraft such as the Me110, Ho229, He-111, Do217 and others!Made of aluminum and steel, this Air Temperature Indicator is in EXCELLENT used condition! The Fl. number is 100% complete, and it features NO damage or corrosion! Some slight scratches due to the age, however nothing that takes away from the overall appearance. Usually located on the right side of the instrument panel, I have indicated its location on the Me110 and Ho229…as well as the sensor it connected to. Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
