A good original early issue 'Polish People's Republic of Poland ORMO Volunteer badge'; large silver plated brass example bearing Eagle surmounting crossed rifles, industrial enamel silhouette, surrounded by wheat sheaves and resting within green enamel 'ORMA' title; the reverse with early feature single screw post fitting, retaining original nut with maker's details 'MENNICA PANSTWUWA' and complete with maroon felt backing. Good condition, service wear.Height approx 55mm.
