Voluntary Land Corps VLC agricultural home front badge

A scarce original wartime period 'Voluntary Land Corps' home front badge, horseshoe title surround inlaid with white enamel, the centre depicting three sheaves of corn on light blue ground with 'VLC' initials below. Very good clean condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 26mm.
