'Fortführung der Operation auf Moskau' (continuation of the operation on Moscow) by Panzergruppe 4.This proposal was meant for the commander of '4.Armee' ,'GFM' Günther von Kluge.The proposal has been signed by Erich Hoepner (RK 27-10-1939)Hoepner was discharged of service by Hitler due to disobedience and cowardice.Hoepner participated in the unsuccessful coup on A.H. and was hanged on 8-8-1944.
