DAF - 'Deutsche Arbeitsfront' Visor Cap (Deutsche Arbeitsfront Mütze). The DAF (German Labor-front), originally founded in 1933, became an official NSDAP organization in October 1934. DAF's most important goal was to enforce the political stability of the large mass of work force. The dark navy-blue cap is complete with its original DAF cap-badge and black leather chinstrap. The black rayon center band is showing oak-leafes. The cap is lined with blue rayon, the celluloid sweat-diamond is missing. The leather sweatband is in good condition, an original RZM etiket is still present beneath the sweatband. Nice original cap in good used condition!
