Luftwaffe Flak Artillery War Badge

Luftwaffe Flak Artillery War Badge (Flakkampfabzeichen). The Flak Artillery War Badge was introduced by 'Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring' on 10 January 1941, for award to air defence crews including searchlight and sound detection personnel. The badge is an early nickel silver example which shows great detail. The badge is not visible maker marked. The pin and catch are complete and functional, this is the type with the so-called ball-hinge. Nice original early badge in good condition!
