Scarce WW2 Winston Churchill 'V' for Victory Patriotic Gilt Brass Lapel Badge

Here on offer is a scarce original WW2 Winston Churchill 'V' for Victory patriotic gilt brass lapel badge.The badge displays a side profile of a defiant Churchill smoking his cigar and wearing a cap, with superimposed 'V' and laurel sprays with 'Victory' scroll below.On the reverse it has the more unusual 'halfmoon' button hole fitting.There is no makers mark on the badge.It retains a lot of its original gilt finish but has some loss on the cap due to rubbing over the years.It measures 1.2' (3cm) by 0.8' (2cm) andweighs 3.5g.Please see my pictures for the details of the condition, which complement this description.Please see my TERMS OF BUSINESS regarding Deliver Charges and Insurance regarding additional insurance cover, should you require it, BEFORE the item is dispatched.The responsibility lies with the customer to check with your Customs restrictions that this item can be imported into your country.
