Machine-embroidered example of a WH (Luftwaffe) so-called: 'Gemeinsames Flugzeugführer- u. Beobachterabzeichen' (aka: 'Doppelabzeichen' or combined pilots- ie. observers-badge)

This is an attractive and/or pronounced, neatly machine-embroidered example of an WH (Luftwaffe) so-called: 'Gemeinsames Flugzeugführer- u. Beobachterabzeichen' (aka: 'Doppelabzeichen' or: combined pilots- ie. observers-badge) that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem probably issued albeit simply never used nor worn- ie. 'still virtually mint'-), condition. The attractive - and actually not that easily encountered! - piece has simply extraordinary detail and is wonderfully executed in greyish-silver- (ie. golden-yellow-) toned braid (as can be seen on the pictures). The award - which has been executed on typical LW-type wool - has a neat and/or slightly tarnished 'age-patina' and is not backed (as more often). These cloth-based versions were preferred by the NCOs and/or officers 'stationed in the field' for obvious reasons. Simply an attractive example of this desirable Luftwaffe-award that will be impossible to be upgraded!
