British WWII Fairbairn-Sykes Commando Knife, Bead & Rib, Brass Grip

Original era manufacture. A period commercial copy of the Fairbairn-Sykes commando knife, featuring a unique brass grip, with a bead & rib design. Broad Arrow proofed on one side of the grip just below the blue steel oval guard. The blade is very, very clean with no issues, and the needle like point is very sharp.The brown leather scabbard is a-typical from what is normally seen in that it has a leather pommel strap with snap closure, and a brass reinforced drain-hole tip at the bottom of the scabbard.Overall the knife is unused, with just some verdigris build-up from long storage. Slight musty smell to it.
