Description
Typical French made tropical pith helmet that was mass captured and issued to German Luftwaffe troops. The hat, once a blue canvas piece was actually worn in the desert and the blue color is faded into tan. Chin strap present. No visible markings. Sweat band complete, leather is stiff so can't unfold to see the rear.
