WW1 Imperial Prussian Army – ISSUE WOOL BLANKET & STRAPS – ASSAULT BACKPACK

You are bidding on a VERY NICE used example of a WW1 Imperial Prussian Army Wool Blanket and Straps! This was used in conjunction with both the M1895 Tornister Backpack, as well as the Sturm (Assault) Set-up!Made of wool and leather,this Blanket and Straps arein EXCELLENT condition for theri age!It features FOUR matching brown leather straps and single pronged metal buckles.Each have a prominent maker stamp, as well as a unit marking (illegible).There is some very minor wear, as well as some staining, but nothing that detracts. No markings or dates on the blanket itself. This came to me as a WW1 set-up, but as there are no dates, it could be used in a WW2 set-up as well.I have shown how it was used in the last images. An EXCELLENT addition to any collection or display!
