Here on offer is an antique leather cased TERRY'S Pocket Screwdriver by Herbert Terry & Sons Limited of Redditch, England, circa 1910.The nickel plated metal oval shaped screw driver has four slightly different sized flat blades equally spaced around the edge.On one side it is stamped:TERRY'SPOCKETSCREWDRIVERThen of the other it is stamped with:TERRY'SREGISTEREDNo 599540/12The No. 599540/12 is the provisional registered design number which was granted provisionally in 1912 to Herbert Terry prior to the full registered design being granted.The screwdriver comes complete with its original green leather case with a press stud, which is embossed in gold to the front with:Screw loose SirThe screwdriver is in excellent condition and retains all its original nickel plating.
